What is the purpose of your software?
With our software, companies can automatically re-engage existing customers for product check-ups and maintenance. This increases customer loyalty and drives more store visits. Additionally, Galini Tech’s software offers a full calendar system, customer segmentation features, and deeper insights into customer data.
What is a CTA flow?
A Call To Action (CTA) flow is a sequence of emails sent to customers with different types of information. For example, an introductory email explaining the importance of product maintenance, followed by an invitation to book an appointment, and finally a reminder email. In this case, one CTA flow consists of three emails sent to the customer before their next store visit.
How does customer invitation automation work?
Our software automatically sends emails to existing customers based on a predefined schedule, such as a certain time after the last purchase or service.
Can I personalize the content of the emails?
Yes, during onboarding we ask for your logo and branding, and we’ll align the specific message to your customers together. For each Call To Action, we define a complete email flow in advance, consisting of several emails your customers will receive.
How is appointment scheduling managed?
When using our calendar feature, customers can book an appointment directly via the invitation. The software manages staff availability and ensures efficient scheduling. Availability can be adjusted to avoid offering time slots during busy periods.
Is the software also suitable for managing employee schedules?
Yes, in addition to appointment scheduling, the software includes a staff scheduling feature, allowing you to easily manage employee availability.
How much time does it take to implement the software?
Implementation is straightforward and can usually be completed within a few days, depending on your specific needs and systems.
An important factor is the quality of your data — this will become clear during the onboarding process.
Is there a limit to the number of customers I can reach?
No, you can contact as many customers as needed. Our software is scalable and grows with your business.
What are the costs of the software?
The cost depends on the number of features and the number of customers you want to manage. A pricing overview can be found under the ‘Pricing & Plans’ menu item. For a fully customized package, we recommend contacting us for a tailored quote.
Will all my customers be contacted again?
During onboarding, we determine together which customers should receive emails for check-ups or maintenance. Some customers, for example from abroad or with certain product groups, may not be relevant to include in the CTA flows.
How is my customer data secured?
We use the latest security technologies to protect your customer data and comply with GDPR requirements. All applicable security standards are detailed in our data processing agreement.
How is my customer data used?
We act as a data processor, not the data owner. The data always remains the property of our clients. To prevent any ambiguity, a Data Processing Agreement will be drawn up detailing all processing activities.
Can a customer easily unsubscribe?
Consumers have the option to unsubscribe from the email flows in every message they receive. They can also choose to unsubscribe only from certain types of emails, so they can still be informed when their product is due for a check-up or maintenance.
